Our founding father Dr Fong Poh Him, started his private practice in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the 1980s at Mount Elizabeth Hospital with just one nurse in a single consultation room. He worked hard, striving to bring quality and life enhancing treatments to people in Singapore and regionally on his medical mission trips. Dr Fong Poh Him grew his practice, to include Arcadia Laser Surgicentre, pioneering work in Laser Surgery and Medicine. Over the years, Dr Fong Poh Him has nurtured a deep trust and understanding amongst his patients. His motto “ Living life well and simply “ underlies the philosophy in our daily interaction with people. Dr Fong Poh Him continues to serve his patients both locally and regionally, and is actively involved in medical mission trips.
