Below is the 5 step process for Canada Immigration:
Register your profile. Prior to the above step, you need to register and submit your profile in the Express Entry pool. You are required to mention your details, such as age, work experience, educational qualifications, etc. in the profile. Based on these factors, a score will be assigned to you. You need to score a minimum of 67 points out of the total 100 to be eligible for the Express Entry stream.
Get an Invitation to Apply (ITA). You need to have enough CRS score and get an invitation to apply (ITA). Once you receive the ITA, then only you are allowed to apply for permanent residence. You will have 60 days to fill additional forms and submit the supporting document post receiving the ITA
Submit the application. This step requires you to submit the complete application along with a document checklist. Make sure to consult a Canada Immigration Consultant in India before submitting the application.
Visa approval. The Immigration authority will now verify your application and you may be asked to come down for an interview. You will also be required to submit a medical certificate and a police background check certificate during the application processing. Get visa approval.
There is a certain eligibility criterion which is required in order to attain Canada Immigration. Based on the application, a score is evaluated in which the individual will need to obtain a minimum score of 67 out of the total score of 100. Following are the list of credentials:
Age: Not more than 47 years. Maximum points are awarded (12points) for applicants between the ages of 18 and 35.
Education: Depending on the candidate’s qualification. Maximum point gained is 25.
Work Experience: A minimum of 12 months experience is required with the maximum points allotted being 21.
