We have a calendar full of events that promote relaxation and activities which we keep at a wonderful balance. We facilitate: Adaptive Mind & Body Exercises, Meditation, Breathing and Spiritual Stimulation, Games, Arts and Crafts, Puzzles and Board Games, Knitting and Crocheting, Film Showing, Reading and Writing Activities.
